How we started

The official MOD Defence Discount Scheme has always been a valued resource for the Defence community. This website was introduced to enable the Scheme to reach a much greater proportion of the Defence community than was possible with the hard copy directory alone.

From a standing start, we have developed the website into a very successful benefit to the community. We have partnered with over 1200 businesses offering hundreds of discounts and have an active membership of over 190,000 members.

How we work

Businesses are contacted and encouraged to show their appreciation by offering very special deals, discounts and savings to the hundreds of thousands of you who are part of the defence community.

How are we different

We negotiate with our business partners individually to give you the best possible discount.

You receive 100% of the discount negotiated.

It is totally free to join. There are no hidden costs. We regard the scheme as a forces benefit and is totally free of charge.

This scheme is exclusively for you

This is not an everyday consumer discount site with a military header.

We do not operate cash back programmes or affiliate schemes that are commonly available elsewhere and are only available for short periods
